pcCR prediction

Based on the paper by Varghese and Ng et al, this estimator uses the base TabPFN model trained on 308 patients undergoing TNT+TME to predict pCR. These predictions are subsequently validated in 83 patients being managed with a TNT+W/W approach (median follow-up 25 months) for the outcome, persistent clinical complete response (pcCR). The output probability, after appropriate recalibration, estimates the likelihood of achieving a pcCR.
